绞股兰又名七叶胆,葫芦科绞股兰属植物,广布于我国、日本、朝鲜及东南亚地区。日本学者从该属植物中分得80多种皂甙,其中4种与人参皂甙相同,具有多种药理活性,包抱抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗癌及降血脂等作用。本文报道绞股兰总甙对实验动物心血管功能的影响。材料与方法药品绞股兰总甙:由安徽省医学科学研究所植化室提供,系从安徽黄山地区绞股兰的茎叶提取分离而得的淡黄色粉末,用时以蒸馏水配成所需浓度,pH呈中性。动物蟾蜍:田间捕捉。家兔:雌雄各 Gynostemma pentaphylla, also known as Aescin, is a plant belonging to the genus Gynura of the family Cucurbitaceae, widely distributed in China, Japan, North Korea, and Southeast Asia. Japanese scholars have obtained more than 80 kinds of saponins from this genus, among which 4 are the same as ginseng saponins and have a variety of pharmacological activities, including anti-aging, anti-fatigue, anti-cancer and hypolipidemic effects. This article reports the effect of total glycosides of Gynostemma pentaphyllum on cardiovascular function in experimental animals. Materials and Methods Pharmaceuticals Kyrannella japonica: provided by the Phytochemical Division of Anhui Institute of Medical Sciences, it is a pale yellow powder extracted from the stems and leaves of the K. japonica in Huangshan, Anhui Province.
