目的对血清25-羟基维生素D[25(OH)D]水平与儿童喘息样支气管炎之间的关系进行分析和探讨。方法 120例喘息样支气管炎患儿,随机分为治疗组(常规治疗基础上给予维生素D治疗)和非治疗组(常规治疗),各60例;60例接受健康体检的正常儿童作为对照组,对比三组儿童的各项临床数据。结果治疗组患儿治疗前25(OH)D水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组25(OH)D(39.08±22.09)ng/ml、免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)(0.46±0.07)g/L显著高于非治疗组(24.37±23.96)ng/ml、(0.27±0.09)g/L,碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平(230.46±75.29)U/L显著低于非治疗组(354.79±66.31)U/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组喘息缓解时间(4.12±2.09)d、咳嗽缓解时间(4.97±1.23)d、肺部体征消失时间(5.22±2.48)d、喘息半年再发次数(1.52±2.22)次均优于非治疗组(5.71±3.12)d、(6.13±2.34)d、(6.73±2.17)d、(2.38±2.47)次,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 25(OH)D水平偏低可导致儿童喘息样支气管炎,及时补充维生素D可有效缓解患儿各项临床症状好转时间、减少患儿喘息发作次数。

Conclusion The low level of 25 (OH) D can lead to wheezing-like bronchitis in children, and timely vitamin D supplementation can effectively alleviate the improvement time of various clinical symptoms and reduce the number of wheezing episodes in children.
