研究了不同奥氏体化温度下5Cr4NiMo2VCo钢的球化退火行为及碳化物转变规律,并研究了预先正火工艺对其的影响。结果表明:随着奥氏体化温度的升高,未预先正火处理的球化组织中碳化物数量减少,其中采用860℃奥氏体化温度处理,球化效果较好,硬度有所降低,碳化物分布均匀。但是经预先正火处理后的退火组织中碳化物颗粒更细小均匀,且小颗粒碳化物占比更高。热锻后5Cr4NiMo2VCo钢采用预先正火处理的球化退火工艺:1000℃×3 h+840℃×2 h+730℃×4 h,可获得球状碳化物更细小且均匀分布的珠光体组织。
The spheroidizing behavior and carbide transformation of 5Cr4NiMo2VCo steel at different austenitizing temperatures were studied, and the effect of pre-normalizing process was also studied. The results show that with the increase of austenitizing temperature, the amount of carbides in the non-pre-normalized spheroidized structure decreases. The austenitizing temperature of 860 ℃, the spheroidizing effect is better and the hardness is lower , Carbide distribution. However, the carbide particles in the annealed tissue after pre-normalizing are more fine and uniform, and the proportion of small-particle carbides is higher. After hot forging, 5Cr4NiMo2VCo steel was pre-normalized ball annealing process: 1000 ℃ × 3 h + 840 ℃ × 2 h +730 ℃ × 4 h, the spherical carbides can be more fine and uniform distribution of pearlite.
