目的:研究麻疯树Jatropha curcas中的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶和HPLC等色谱手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从麻疯树茎的甲醇提取物中分得14个酚性化学成分,其结构分别鉴定为5,4’-二甲羟基-3,7,3’-三甲氧基黄酮(1),5,3’,4’-三羟基-3,7-二甲氧基黄酮(2),槲皮素-3-甲醚(3),5,6,7-三甲氧基香豆素(4),5-羟基-6,7-二甲氧基香豆素(5),异莨菪亭(6),ω-hydroxypropioquaiacone(7),松柏醛(8),3,5-二羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛(9),香草酸(10),异香草醛(11),对羟基苯甲醛(12),升麻素(13),(E)-3-羟基-5-甲氧基芪(14)。结论:化合物1~4,6~14为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Jatropha curcas. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel and HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral data. Results: 14 phenolic compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of Jatropha curcas, and their structures were identified as 5,4’-dimethylhydroxy-3,7,3’-trimethoxyflavone (1), 5,3 ’, 4’-trihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyflavone (2), quercetin 3-methyl ether (3), 5,6,7-trimethoxycoumarin , 5-hydroxy-6,7-dimethoxycoumarin (5), scopolamine (6), ω-hydroxypropioquaiacone (7), coniferyl aldehyde (8), 3,5-dihydroxy- (9), vanillic acid (10), isovanillin (11), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (12), cinnarin (13), (E) -3-hydroxy- Qi (14). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 4 and 6 ~ 14 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
