666粉剂处理土壤以防治地下害虫、小麦吸浆虫、桃小食心虫、苹果绵蚜及葡萄根瘤蚜等与土壤有联系的害虫已成为我国植物保护工作中常用措施之一。研究666粉在施入表土后的动态具有实践意义。国外一般看法认为水溶性低的有机合成杀虫剂对土壤的吸附较强,难于移动。如Edwards等(1957)曾以生物测定法研究了艾氏剂及灵丹粉在土壤中的动态,指出上述药剂在土壤中的吸附与土壤中有机质含量有关。
