首次利用整体传递矩阵法对机床主轴双转子耦合系统的动力特性进行了详细研究。计算结果表明主轴最高转速远远小于系统的一阶临界转速,能够安全、稳定地运转。文中还对双转子的耦合刚度进行了有限元分析计算,为今后同类问题的解决提供了一种切实可行的办法。
For the first time, the whole transmission matrix method is used to study the dynamic characteristics of the dual-rotor coupling system of the machine tool spindle. The calculation results show that the maximum spindle speed is far less than the first critical speed of the system, and it can run safely and stably. In this paper, the finite element analysis of the coupling stiffness of dual rotor is also given, which provides a practical solution for solving similar problems in the future.
