设计了一种飞机防滑刹车集成动态测试系统,可以实时将飞机刹车过程的通道参数存储在FLASH中,在地面通过RS232将数据传送给上位机软件存储、分析和显示。系统使用FLASH作为存储介质,解决了大容量数据存储和断电数据丢失的问题,同时采用CPLD实现了系统的逻辑控制。试验结果表明集成动态测试系统能有效地跟踪、采集和存储飞机刹车过程的参数变化。
An integrated dynamic test system for aircraft anti-skid brakes is designed. The parameters of the aircraft braking process can be stored in the FLASH in real time. The data is transmitted to the host computer software for storage, analysis and display on the ground. The system uses FLASH as a storage medium, solves the problem of large-capacity data storage and power loss data loss, and realizes the system logic control by adopting CPLD. The experimental results show that the integrated dynamic test system can effectively track, collect and store the parameters of the aircraft braking process changes.
