用高炉瓦斯灰和转炉污泥进行了直接还原试验研究。采用ICP、SEM-EDS对高炉瓦斯灰和转炉污泥进行物性分析表明,高炉瓦斯灰中铁元素以高价铁氧化物的形式存在,碳含量高(27.32%)、颗粒大;转炉污泥中铁元素以金属Fe和浮氏体形式存在,且浮氏体以细小状颗粒均匀弥散分布于其它物相中,两者均含有少量有害Zn元素。直接还原试验结果表明,随还原温度提高及还原时间延长,直接还原球团的全铁含量、脱锌率均增大。在C/O=1.0,还原温度1 220℃以上,还原时间30 min以上时,还原球团的全铁含量均大于71%,锌含量均小于0.05%,脱锌率大于85%。
Direct reduction experiments were conducted on blast furnace gas ash and converter sludge. The physical and chemical properties of blast furnace gas and converter sludge were analyzed by ICP and SEM-EDS. The results showed that the iron in blast furnace gas ash exists as high-valent iron oxide with high carbon content (27.32%) and large particles. Metal Fe and bauxite exist in the form of fine particles dispersed in the other phases, and both contain a small amount of harmful Zn. The results of direct reduction test showed that the total iron content and dezincification rate of direct reduction pellets increased with the reduction temperature and the reduction time. At the C / O ratio of 1.0, the reduction temperature above 1,220 ℃ and the reduction time of more than 30 min, the total iron content of the reduced pellets was more than 71%, the zinc content was less than 0.05%, and the dezincification rate was more than 85%.
