[病例156] 患者24岁,女,未婚,初诊于1977年11月2日。病历:主诉为12岁来初潮,从那时起开始脸上,以后从脸到颈部,直到背部出现粉刺,经治疗无效。病情时好时坏,但这1年来非常严重,患者思想负担重,成为神经症而失眠,到晚上不安难以忍受,怕见人,闷闷不乐,闲居家中。 [Case 156] The patient was 24 years old and was female and was unmarried.
