本文对W3Mo2Cr4VSi低合金高速钢代替M2钢制造氮化钛涂层刀具的可行性进行了研究。结果表明,W3Mo2Cr4VSi与M2热处理后的可磨削性相当;经优化TIN涂层工艺处理后,W3Mo2Cr4VSI钢涂层刀具使用寿命达到M2钢涂层刀具使用寿命水平;材料成本降低15~20%,并有可观的社会效益。
In this paper, the feasibility of using W3Mo2Cr4VSi low-alloy high-speed steel instead of M2 steel to manufacture titanium nitride coated cutting tools was studied. The results show that W3Mo2Cr4VSi and M2 heat treatment after grinding comparable; optimized TIN coating process, W3Mo2Cr4VSI steel coating tool life M2 steel coating tool life expectancy; material costs reduced by 15 to 20%, and Have considerable social benefits.
