以丙烯酸单体为溶剂,利用聚己内酯二元醇(PCL1000)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、2,2-二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)合成水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(WPUA),WPUA中引入十三氟辛醇(FOH),制备无VOC溶剂自交联含氟聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(WFPUA)复合乳液。加入后扩链剂乙二胺基乙磺酸钠(AAS)可提高预聚体自乳化能力,降低乳胶粒粒径,提升WFPUA稳定性。研究了表面施胶后纸张的表面形态、防水防油、耐破度、撕裂度及抗张强度等性能。结果表明:聚合物在施胶后纸张表面纤维上成膜,纸张表面空隙减少;纸张与水和二碘甲烷接触角达到136.1°和105.3°;施胶后纸张耐破度达到266 k Pa,撕裂度达到732 m N,干湿抗张强度指数达到5.1 N·m/g和53 N·m/g,可以很好地运用到特种纸的制备中。
Using acrylic monomer as solvent, polycaprolactone diol (PCL1000), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), 2,2-dimethylolbutanoic acid (DMBA), trimethylolpropane (TMP (WPUA) was synthesized, and decylfluorooctyl alcohol (FOH) was introduced into WPUA to prepare WFPUA composite emulsion with no VOC solvent. Addition of post-chain extender sodium ethylenediamine sulfonic acid (AAS) can improve the self-emulsifying ability of the prepolymer, reduce the particle size of the latex and enhance the stability of WFPUA. The surface morphology, water and oil repellency, bursting strength, tear strength and tensile strength of the paper after surface sizing were studied. The results showed that the polymer film formed on the surface of the paper after sizing, the paper surface voids decreased, the paper contact angle with water and methylene iodide reached 136.1 ° and 105.3 °, the paper burst resistance reached 266 k Pa The degree of crack reached 732 mN, the wet and dry tensile strength index reached 5.1 N · m / g and 53 N · m / g, which can be well applied to the preparation of specialty paper.
