1.前言自101系列之后新出厂的电车、通勤车、市郊列车大部分使用 DT21系列和 DT23系列转向架,这类转向架用心盘和左右旁承同时支承车体载荷,形成了三点支承摇枕吊杆式结构。这种转向架旁承自1957年问世以来,其结构和尺寸基本没有变动,但近年来发现旁承体前后内端面和滑板座前后端面的磨耗现象日益增多。由于这种磨耗造成旁承纵向间隙,以致成为引起转向架自激蛇行运动的重要原因之一;同时导致车辆稳定性不好,舒适度也随之大大降低。
1.
