介绍某厂300MW锅炉汽包环缝的寿命评估研究结果。由于该焊缝缺陷,经几次焊补后焊缝在尺寸上和形状上都与原设计不同,在对焊缝及其母材经过必要的检验后,进行了在正常运行工况和水冷壁大面积爆破等各种非正常运行工况下的有限元应力分析和疲劳寿命估算,得出了该汽包焊缝可以满足今后运行要求的结论。
This paper introduces the research results of the life assessment of a 300 MW boiler drum girth joint in a plant.
