目的探讨某包装容器生产企业制罐车间配备的呼吸防护用品发放周期的合理性及有效性。方法通过职业病危害因素识别与危害程度分析,调查该企业制罐车间各工种配备的呼吸防护用品种类和发放周期,咨询该用品制造商或查阅有关资料获得使用寿命计算软件,得出实际浓度下的防毒时间,估算配备的呼吸防护用品有效使用时间,结合劳动者接触职业病危害因素的时间,判断发放周期是否合理。结果该企业制罐车间各工种配备的防毒面具及滤毒盒计划发放周期为半年。经量化分析后得出,焊机及燃烧机操作工和全喷机及烘箱操作工配备的防毒面具及滤毒盒实际有效使用时间分别为22.5和6.6个工作日。结论应根据选择的呼吸防护用品,将其过滤元件的更换周期进行量化,提高呼吸防护用品选用的科学性。
Objective To explore the rationality and effectiveness of the respiratory protection delivery cycle in a manufacturing plant of a container manufacturer. Methods According to the identification and hazard analysis of occupational hazards, we investigated the types of respiratory protection supplies and delivery cycles of the various types of cans in this workshop, consulted the manufacturers of the products or obtained relevant information to obtain the service life calculation software, Anti-virus time, estimate the effective use of respiratory protection supplies equipped with time, combined with workers exposure to occupational hazards in the time to determine the issue cycle is reasonable. The results of the enterprise canning workshop with various types of gas masks and filter boxes planned release period of six months. The quantitative analysis shows that the effective use time of gas masks and filter cartridges provided by welders and burner operators and full sprayers and oven operators are respectively 22.5 and 6.6 working days. Conclusion Based on the selected respiratory protection supplies, the replacement cycle of the filter elements should be quantified to improve the scientific use of respiratory protection.
