碳纳米管因其优异的机电特性,在聚合物基复合材料的健康监测方面具有广泛的应用前景。综述聚合物基复合材料中碳纳米管传感的最新进展:碳纳米管与树脂共混、碳纳米管涂层纤维、碳纳米线和碳纳米纸。利用碳纳米管传感网络来监测结构应变损伤是不同碳纳米管传感的核心原理。碳纳米纸可以解决碳纳米管与树脂共混时的难分散、碳纳米管涂层纤维的协同变形和碳纳米线的全结构监测等问题,为碳纳米管传感工程化应用提供了条件。实现碳纳米管传感在聚合物基复合材料健康监测领域的工程化应用是未来的发展方向。
Due to its excellent electromechanical properties, carbon nanotubes have a wide range of applications in the health monitoring of polymer matrix composites. Recent Developments in Carbon Nanotube Sensing in Polymer-based Composites: Carbon nanotubes and resin blends, carbon nanotube coated fibers, carbon nanowires, and carbon nano-paper. The use of carbon nanotube sensing networks to monitor structural strain damage is a core principle of different carbon nanotube sensing. Carbon nano-paper can solve the difficult dispersion of carbon nanotubes and resin blending, the co-deformation of carbon nanotube coated fibers and the whole structure of carbon nanowires monitoring and other issues for the engineering application of carbon nanotube sensing provided the conditions. The engineering application of carbon nanotube sensing in the field of polymer-based composite health monitoring is the future direction of development.
