目的:探讨“医院-社区-家庭”联合智护训练新模式对早教依从性及0~1岁儿童智能发育的影响。方法:将240例正常新生儿根据家长自愿原则分为观察组和对照组,观察组智护训练实施采用“医院-社区-家庭”联合的模式进行,对照组进行常规智护训练门诊指导。小儿满1周岁时,以问卷形式调查两组早教依从性,并做统计学分析;应用首都儿科研究所研制的《0~6岁小儿神经心理发育测查量表(儿-心量表)》进行评估,测定儿童综合发育商(DQ)及大运动、精细动作、适应能力、语言、社交能力五大能区单项发育商,并做统计学分析。结果:观察组早教依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组儿童综合发育商及各能区单项发育商均优于对照组,除语言外差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“医院-社区-家庭”联合的智护训练新模式能显著提高早教依从性,更好地促进正常小儿的智能发育。
Objective: To explore the effect of the new “hospital-community-family” joint mentally handicapped training on early childhood compliance and intellectual development of 0-1 year old children. Methods: 240 normal newborns were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the principle of voluntary parent. The implementation of the mentally handicapped training in the observation group was carried out by the mode of “hospital-community-family combination.” . Children aged one year old, the questionnaire survey of two groups of early education adherence and do statistical analysis; application of the Capital Institute of Pediatrics developed “0 to 6-year-old children neuropsychological development scale (children - heart scale)” Evaluate the children’s integrated development (DQ) and single development of the five major energy providers such as big exercise, fine motor, adaptability, language and social skills, and make statistical analysis. Results: The compliance of early observation in observation group was better than that in control group (P <0.05), and the comprehensive developmental and single development of children in observation group were better than that of control group Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The new model of “hospital-community-family” joint intellectual training can significantly improve the compliance of early childhood education and better promote the normal development of children’s intelligence.
