猪是研究人体日本血吸虫病的模型之一,且猪鞭虫与人体鞭虫亦密切相关。为确定含不同营养成份的饲料对同时感染日本血吸虫和猪鞭虫幼猪的影响,将32只4周龄的杂交猪随机分成2组(低蛋白饲料组和高蛋白饲料组),每隔2周称重,至观察结束。11周后,分别对每组半数猪(均8只)感染1500条日本血吸虫尾蚴和4000个猪鞭虫卵,之后每隔2周采集血和粪便标本,共12周。
