我矿使用一台φ3200×3100格子型球磨机,其大小格子板由斜块压着固定,两中心衬板由小格子板压着铸造在其上的8个爪子用8根螺栓挂着固定在中心位置。由于结构不合理,在矿石和钢球的不断冲击下,小格子板及中心衬板经常脱落,被迫停机检修,影响正常生产。为此,我们对格子板进行了改进。我们在每块格子板的一对角上增铸两只耳朵(与格子板铸成一体),并在两耳朵上各铸一个螺孔固定格子板。其它尺寸与原格子板相同(见附图)。原中心衬板改为两块厚40毫米的半圆钢板,每块焊上4只爪子,安装好以后将两块半圆钢板焊接在一起。改进后的格子板自1984年12月使用至今,从未脱落过,既使小格子板磨损,紧固螺栓松动,固定
