前言 我厂生产的某钢药筒是由深冲用优质碳素钢S15A制造的。它经三次引伸成型,末前伸为再结晶退火。 长期以来,一般认为对药筒强度起重要作用的是钢材的化学成分、末引伸冷变形程度及末前伸的退火温度,而对冷却速度却重视不够。 本文是通过某钢药筒的末前伸在相同温度加热,不同速度下冷却所得到的不同成品药筒的机械性能变化,来说明末前伸在A_(c1)附近加热后不同冷却速度对成品钢药筒强度的影响,并找出提高钢药筒强度的新途径。
