一、结构与原理1.结构减压阀主要用来减低液压回路中的压力,使液压回路中某一部分得到比主回路压力更低的压力。减压阀可分为定压式减压阀、定比式减压阀以及定差式减压阀等三大类。从结构上看,定压式减压阀又分为直动型减压阀和先导型减压阀(或称平衡活塞型减压阀)两大类。这两种结构的特点,如表1所示。
First, the structure and principle 1. Structure Pressure reducing valve is mainly used to reduce the pressure in the hydraulic circuit, so that a part of the hydraulic circuit to be lower than the pressure of the main circuit pressure. Pressure reducing valve can be divided into fixed pressure reducing valve, fixed pressure reducing valve and fixed pressure reducing valve and other three categories. From a structural point of view, the constant pressure valve is divided into direct-acting pressure reducing valve and pilot-type pressure reducing valve (or balance piston-type valve) two categories. The characteristics of these two structures are shown in Table 1.
