昔之善战者,先为不可胜,以待敌之可胜。——《孙子兵法.军形篇》从前善于用兵打仗的人,先要做到不被敌方战胜,然后捕捉时机战胜敌人。孙子指出,对于打仗来讲,不被敌人打败是首先要考虑的,接下来再考虑如何去战胜敌人。这是一种稳中求胜的战略思想,现代企业在成本与利润的管理上也更多地体现了这一理念。当然,这跟“人生难得几回搏”、“风险越大、利润越大”的拼搏思路并不矛盾,因为在某些时候,企业因为拼搏而出现的一点风险和损失
