研究了Cr元素对套管钢组织、力学性能和腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,随着Cr元素含量的增加,经过调制处理后试验钢晶粒出现明显细化,并有大量球形析出物。抗拉强度和屈服强度都变大,冲击功和伸长率呈先增加再降低的趋势。而且,随着Cr元素的增加,腐蚀速率下降,微孔含量减少。对于腐蚀产物膜层,随着Cr含量的增加,其结构愈加致密,分层现象更加清晰明显。
The effect of Cr on the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of casing steel was studied. The results show that with the increase of Cr content, the crystal grains of the test steel are obviously refined and have a large number of spherical precipitates after the preparation. Tensile strength and yield strength are larger, impact energy and elongation were first increased and then decreased. Moreover, as the Cr content increases, the corrosion rate decreases and the micropore content decreases. For the corrosion product film, with the increase of Cr content, the structure becomes more dense and the delamination phenomenon becomes clearer and more obvious.
