研究了锌-水杨醛-2-苯并噻唑腙荧光反应新体系。锌与试剂络合物的荧光激发波长λ_(ex)为420nm,发射波长λ_(em)为480nm。反应在pH8.6的50%(V/V)乙醇介质中进行。锌量在0~1.0μg/10mL范围内,荧光强度与锌量成正比,方法灵敏度为3ng/mL络合物组成比为1:2。方法用于化学试剂中微量锌的检测,结果令人满意。
A new fluorescent zinc-salicylaldehyde-2-benzothiazyl hydrazone reaction system was studied. The fluorescence excitation wavelength λ_ (ex) of zinc and reagent complex was 420 nm, and the emission wavelength λ_ (em) was 480 nm. The reaction was carried out in 50% (v / v) ethanol at pH 8.6. The fluorescence intensity of zinc is proportional to the amount of zinc in the range of 0 ~ 1.0μg / 10mL. The sensitivity of the method is 3ng / mL. The composition ratio of the complex is 1: 2. The method was applied to the detection of trace zinc in chemical reagents with satisfactory results.
