人力资源培训是企业提高核心竞争力的重要途径,人力资源培训绩效的高低直接关系到企业的经营状况,也成为企业管理者十分关心的问题。本文通过对企业在人力资源培训绩效评估存在的问题进行有效分析,提出培训绩效评估的有效对策。
Human resources training is an important way for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness. The performance of human resources training is directly related to the business conditions of enterprises, and has also become a problem that enterprise managers are very concerned about. In this paper, through effective analysis of the existing problems in the performance appraisal of human resources training in enterprises, the paper puts forward effective countermeasures of training performance appraisal.
