《运动生理学》是体育专业非常重要的一门基础理论课程,如何优化该课程教学改革策略,提高教学质量和水平显得格外重要。文章结合多年从事《运动生理学》理论教学的实践经验,提出4种优化教学改革的策略:因材施教与因人施教相结合;激发学生兴趣;多种教学方法和手段相结合;充分利用多媒体教学的优势。
“Sports physiology” is a very important basic theory course for PE major. How to optimize the teaching reform strategy and improve the quality and level of teaching is especially important. Combining with the practical experience of “physiology of sports physiotherapy” for many years, this article puts forward four strategies for optimizing teaching reform: combining teaching in accordance with aptitude and teaching with others, stimulating students’ interest, combining various teaching methods and means, making full use of multimedia teaching Advantage.
