没有企业文化的企业,是一个“走”不远的企业。河南省煤田地质局自2006年起,用三年时间加强企业文化建设,打造强势企业形象。但是,由于地勘行业点多、面广、线长等特点,给企业文化理念在基层的贯彻落实带来了一定的困难。如何让企业文化在基层尽人皆知、落地生根,进而转化为职工的自觉行动?本文结合实际,谈一点个人的粗浅看法。
No corporate culture of the enterprise, is a “go ” not far from the enterprise. Coalfield Geology Bureau of Henan Province since 2006, with three years to strengthen the building of enterprise culture, build a strong corporate image. However, due to the characteristics of geologic prospecting industry such as more points, wider area and longer lines, it has brought some difficulties to the implementation of the concept of corporate culture at the grassroots level. How to make the corporate culture well-known at the grassroots level, take root, and then transformed into workers’ conscious actions?
