研究了钩状尖端半径及有效厚度对镁合金摩擦搅拌焊搭接接头疲劳寿命的影响,建立了不同有效厚度及钩状尖端半径的有限元模型。利用有限元软件对其进行拉伸力学响应的模拟试验,分析在不同载荷下的接头局部应力应变分布,并利用疲劳损伤方程SWT和MC分别对其进行寿命预测。结果表明,应力集中主要位于钩状尖端周围,采用SWT疲劳方程对接头寿命预测结果会更加准确,且疲劳寿命随钩状尖端半径的增大而增大,随有效厚度的增加而增加。
The influence of hook tip radius and effective thickness on the fatigue life of friction stir welded lap joints of magnesium alloy was studied. The finite element models with different effective thicknesses and hook tip radii were established. The finite element software is used to simulate the tensile mechanics response. The stress and strain distribution of the joint under different loads is analyzed. And the life prediction is carried out by the fatigue damage equations SWT and MC respectively. The results show that the stress concentration is mainly around the tip of the hook. The prediction of the joint life will be more accurate by SWT fatigue equation, and the fatigue life increases with the increase of the radius of the hook tip and increases with the effective thickness.
