目的 为进一步提高作者提出的穿透性小梁切除和滤道成形术的疗效 ,作者设计了一种新的M形人工小梁支架。本文是在动物实验已经取得了成功的基础上 ,进行初步临床尝试。方法 用该支架对 3例难治性青光眼志愿者实施了上述手术 ,并作了 2 0~ 2 2月的随访观察。结果 术前全身及眼局部用药状态下的眼压平均值为 3 8mmHg ,术后 2 0月时不用药眼压全部正常 ,平均值为 18mmHg。未发现任何毒副作用及排斥反应。结论 用作者设计的M形人工小梁支架行穿透性小梁切除和滤道成形术 ,安全可靠 ,临床疗效比借用T形人工晶状体袢做支架更显著。
Objective To further improve the efficacy of penetrating trabeculotomy and filter angioplasty proposed by the author, the authors designed a new M-shaped trabecular stent. This article is a preliminary clinical trial based on the success of animal experiments. Methods The above three cases of refractory glaucoma volunteers were performed with the stent, and the follow-up observation was performed from February to February. Results The mean intraocular pressure (IOP) of the whole body and the eye under local preoperative operation was 38 mmHg. The intraocular pressure was normal at 20 months after operation, with an average of 18 mmHg. No side effects and rejection were found. Conclusion The M-shaped artificial trabecular meshwork designed by the author is safe and reliable with penetrating trabeculotomy and filter angioplasty. The clinical effect is more significant than using T-IOL.
