中国传统思维方式受古代哲学《周易》系统观的影响最为深刻,反映在文化的审美上:强调审视世界的方式是以自然的整体化、综合性发展趋势来实现主客一体,达到天人合一的审美境界;从而重视意象思维,以境生象外的写意美学理论来把握艺术创作中主体的意念、情思和哲理;善于从直觉感悟和内心体验出发,将自然的生动形象借有意味的高度抽象和概括,来抒发审美主体的人格精神和自由境界;依照阴阳五行盘桓、流盼、返复的时空整体观,来赋予审美上“目既往还”的视觉感象和“心亦吐纳”的内心观览。这些传统思维的审美观,彰显出中国文化品性中对主体美感的弘扬。
