应用CO_2激光器对Fe-C-Cu-MoS_2粉末冶金坯料进行烧结,在烧结期间元素发生扩散,形成了微细的Fe_3C和CuMo_2S_(5-x)相。该法烧结成的材料具有理想的组织和性能。直径为10mm的坯料可在5分钟内充分透烧。
The Fe-C-Cu-MoS 2 powder metallurgy billets were sintered by CO 2 laser, and the elements diffused during sintering to form fine Fe 3 C and CuMo 2 S 5-x phases. The sintered material has the ideal microstructure and properties. Billet diameter of 10mm in 5 minutes full penetration thoroughly.
