针对硬质电极电火花沉积技术存在的放电间隙不可控、沉积过渡过程不稳定、沉积物质不均匀等问题,开发了柔性电极电火花沉积系统。通过利用柔性电极代替传统硬质电极及通过工件的旋转代替电极的运动,改善了传统电火花沉积中存在的问题。最后进行了沉积试验。结果表明:柔性电极电火花沉积过程中极间放电稳定连续,有效消除了传统硬质电极电火花沉积中放电不均匀的问题。所获沉积层截面致密均匀,基本消除了沉积层中的孔洞、裂纹等缺陷,沉积物质的分布较为均匀。
Aiming at the problems that the discharge gap of the hard electrode EDM is uncontrollable, the instability of the deposition transition and the uneven deposition material, a flexible electrode EDM system has been developed. By using a flexible electrode instead of a conventional hard electrode and by rotating the workpiece instead of moving the electrode, the problems in the conventional spark deposition are improved. The results show that the discharge between electrodes during the EDM deposition of flexible electrode is stable and continuous, which effectively eliminates the problem of nonuniform discharge in the conventional hard electrode EDM. The obtained sedimentary layer has a dense and uniform section, basically eliminating the defects such as holes and cracks in the sedimentary layer, and the distribution of the sedimentary material is relatively uniform.
