采用鱼骨状可变拘束裂纹试验探讨了不同的焊接工艺参数、不同填充材料焊接LY12CZ铝合金时其热裂纹的变化规律,并分析了影响该合金焊接热裂纹的因素,从而为选择适宜的工艺规范参数和填充材料提供了参考依据。试验结果表明,焊缝金属的合金成分和焊接工艺规范对其抗裂纹性能有着重要的影响。
The fishbone-like variable restraining crack test was used to investigate the different welding process parameters and the changing rules of the thermal cracks when LY12CZ aluminum alloy was filled with different filler materials. The factors that affected the hot cracking of the alloy were analyzed. In order to select suitable technology Regulatory parameters and filling materials provide a reference. The experimental results show that the alloy composition of the weld metal and welding process specifications have an important impact on the crack resistance.
