目的:研究仙鹤草的体外抗氧化活性。方法:以槲皮素(quercetin)及银杏黄酮(GBE)为对照,采用DP-PH.自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基的生成体系,研究仙鹤草40%乙醇提取物及其不同极性部位对自由基的清除能力及在β-胡萝卜素/亚油酸体系中的抗脂质过氧化活性。结果:仙鹤草40%乙醇提取物及其不同极性部位清除自由基能力的顺序为:乙酸乙酯相>正丁醇相>40%乙醇提取物>石油醚相>水相。在DPPH.及O2-.体系中,40%乙醇提取物的活性显著高于GBE(P<0.01),二者清除.OH及抑制β-胡萝卜素淬灭的活性相近。结论:仙鹤草40%乙醇提取物具有较强的抗氧化作用,其活性部位为乙酸乙酯相和正丁醇相,可作为天然抗氧化剂及功能性食品的开发资源。
Objective: To study the anti-oxidative activity of Agrimonia in vitro. Methods: Quercetin and ginkgetin (GBE) were used as control to study the effects of 40% ethanol extract of agrimony and its different genotypes on the formation of free radical, superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical by DP-PH. Free radical scavenging ability of polar sites and anti-lipid peroxidation activity in β-carotene / linoleic acid system. Results: The ability of 40% ethanol extract of Agrimony and its different polar sites to scavenge free radicals was as follows: ethyl acetate phase> n-butanol phase> 40% ethanol extract> petroleum ether phase> water phase. In DPPH and O2- system, the activity of 40% ethanol extract was significantly higher than that of GBE (P <0.01), both of them scavenged .OH and inhibited the β-carotene quenching activity. Conclusion: Agrimony 40% ethanol extract has a strong antioxidant activity, the active site is ethyl acetate phase and n-butanol phase, can be used as a natural antioxidant and functional food development resources.
