以30份甘蓝型油菜萝卜胞质不育系为母本,以E 07C为父本,分别在同一小气候环境的旱地和水渍田条件下进行制种试验,并对制种产量、籽种千粒重、含油量、蛋白质含量进行了分析,研究旱地和水渍田对油菜制种产量和籽粒质量的影响。相关分析显示,旱地和水渍田的各相关性状间的相关规律存在一定差异。制种产量与含油量均呈不显著负相关,旱地制种产量与千粒重呈极显著相关(0.682**),在水渍田则相关性不显著(0.232);衡量籽粒质量的2个指标含油量和千粒重呈负相关。方差分析表明,不同土壤环境和不同组合对于籽种的含油量、蛋白质含量、千粒重以及产量的影响都是极显著的。以上结果表明,在制种过程中应根据特定组合筛选出适宜的制种条件以提高制种产量和质量。
Thirty cultivars of Brassica napus radish cytoplasmic male sterile line were used as female parent and E 07C was used as the male parent. Seed production experiments were conducted in dry land and waterlogged land under the same microclimate environment respectively. , Oil content and protein content were analyzed to study the effects of dry land and waterlogged fields on rape seed production and grain quality. Correlation analysis showed that there were some differences in the correlations between the related traits of dry land and waterlogged land. There was no significant negative correlation between the seed yield and oil content. The dry matter yield significantly correlated with 1000-grain weight (0.682 **), but not significant (0.232) The amount and 1000-grain weight were negatively correlated. Analysis of variance showed that the effects of different soil environments and combinations on oil content, protein content, 1000-grain weight and yield of seed were all significant. The above results show that in the seed production process should be based on a specific combination of selected seed production conditions to improve seed production and quality.
