用微量酸滴定法和放免分析法分别对43例流行性出血热患者各期血清中磷脂酶A_2(PLA_2)活性和血浆中血栓素B_2(TXB_2)和6-酮前列腺素F_1α(6-keto-PGF_1α)水平进行了动态检测。结果显示:本病各期PLA_2和TXB_2明显升高,而6-keto-PGF_1α明显下降,上述变化程度与病情高度平行,本病危重型和病的极期变化最明显,并与血小板数量下降和肾功损害相关。初步探讨了PLA与TXB_2-6-keto-PGF_1α平衡间的关系及各自在本病发生、发展过程的病理生理意义。
The levels of phospholipase A 2 (PLA 2), TXB 2 and 6-keto-PGF 1α in serum of 43 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever were detected by microtiter titration and radioimmunoassay. PGF_1α) levels were dynamically detected. The results showed that PLA 2 and TXB 2 in each stage of the disease were significantly increased, while 6-keto-PGF_1α was significantly decreased, the degree of change was highly parallel with the disease, the most significant changes in the severity of the disease and the disease, and platelet count and kidney Power damage related. The relationship between PLA and the balance of TXB_2-6-keto-PGF_1α and their pathophysiological significance in the occurrence and development of this disease were discussed.
