为探讨输精管结扎对生精细胞中凋亡调节基因Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达的影响,应用免疫组织化学法检测了大鼠输精管结扎后2~12周睾丸生精细胞BCl-2、BCX的蛋白表达情况。结果发现,输精管结扎后总的生精细胞中Bcl-2表达阳性者减少,而Bax表达阳性者增加。在结扎组,平均300个精原细胞和300个精母细胞中,Bcl-2阳性细胞数分别为45.1±14.9、71.3±15.7,而在假手术组,阳性细胞数为52.7±12.1、81.1±14.3.结扎组较假手术组均有显著减少(P<0.05)。在结扎组,平均300个精原细胞和300个精母细胞中,Bax阳性细胞数分别为84.2±19.4、49.9±17.3,而在假手术组.阳性细胞数为65.9±17.0、42.9±17.3.结扎组较假手术组均有显著减少(P<0.05)。表明输精管结扎后凋亡抑制基因BCl-2的表达有减少趋势,凋亡促进基因Bax的表达有增强趋势,以促进生精细胞的凋亡。

The results showed that the expression of apoptosis-suppressing gene BCl-2 decreased after vasectomy and the expression of apoptosis-promoting gene Bax had an increasing trend to promote the apoptosis of spermatogenic cells.
