鉴于掌握了更为详细的控制肿瘤所需条件和正常组织放射合并症的材料,精确的放射剂量计算显得日益重要。虽然对于肺肿瘤的控制还没有一个准确的剂量曲线,但单次放射剂量与肺损害的关系已有详细研究。这些资料提示了对肺部增加5%的剂量则放射性肺炎的发生率将增加20%以上。因为现有剂量计算材料没有给较低密度的肺组织作纠正处理,对分次放射治疗时肺部合并症的发生率还需作进一步评定。
Given the more detailed materials required to control the tumor and normal tissue radiation complications, accurate radiation dose calculations are increasingly important. Although there is no accurate dose curve for the control of lung tumors, the relationship between single radiation dose and lung damage has been studied in detail. These data suggest that for a 5% increase in lung dose, the incidence of radiation pneumonitis will increase by more than 20%. Because the current dose calculation material does not correct the treatment of lower density lung tissue, the incidence of pulmonary complications during fractionated radiation therapy needs to be further evaluated.
