本文以枳、金柑和血橙为材料,研究了柑桔的染色体组型及Giemsa带型。Ⅰ.组型分析:根据染色体的相对长度将柑桔染色体分为大型染色体(相对长度大于10)和小型染色体(相对长度小于10)两种类型;根据着丝点在染色体上的位置将柑桔染色体分为具中部着丝点染色体(臂比小于1.7)和具亚中部着丝点染色体(臂比介于1.7-5.0之间)两类。Ⅱ.Gielmsa带型分析:枳、血橙和金柑的1、2、4、6四对染色体的带型相同,其余五对染色体的带型有不同程度的差异。柑桔染色体以着丝点带比较多见,数不多的端带多分布在短臂上。
In this paper, trifoliate orange, kumquat and blood orange were used as materials to study the genomics and Giemsa banding patterns of citrus. Ⅰ. Histopathological analysis: According to the relative length of chromosomes, the citrus chromosomes are divided into two types: the large chromosome (relative length greater than 10) and the small chromosome (relative length less than 10); according to the location of the centromere on the chromosome, citrus Chromosomes are divided into the central centromere chromosomes (arm ratio less than 1.7) and sub-centromeric chromosomes (arm ratio between 1.7-5.0) two categories. Ⅱ.Gielmsa banding analysis: trifoliate orange, blood orange and kumquat 1,2,4,6 four pairs of chromosomes with the same type, and the remaining five pairs of chromosomes have different degrees of difference. Citrus chromosomes in centromere more common, a small number of end-band distribution in the short arm.
