分析一九八三年至一九八五年石家庄市桥东区人民检察院受理的盗窃案件,发现存在一些带有普遍性的问题,值得我们注意。 一、企事业单位失盗现象严重。 截止一九八五年底,三年来桥东区人民检察院受理143件盗窃案件,企事业单位失盗的75件,约占53％。企事业单位失盗的现象,是个老问题,但在新形势下,老问题又出现了新特点。初步分析,突出表现为四点。
Analysis of the theft cases accepted by Qiaodong District People’s Procuratorate of 1983 to 1985 found that there are some common problems that deserve our attention.
