口腔扁平苔藓是口腔的常见病和多发病,是一种慢性、浅表性、非感染性疾病,至今病因不完全明确。为了提高对口腔扁平苔藓的治疗效果及降低常用西药毒副作用,本文采用了中西医结合疗法进行临床治疗,以探索较理想的治疗方案。资料与方法一、一般资料:我们采用中西医结合的方法,综合治疗37例,男性12例,女性25例,年龄23～68岁之间,病程6个月～10个月。发病部位颊部多见,次为唇部,前庭沟和舌。根据患者就诊时所见损害分型,以花网型最多见,其次为糜烂,未见丘疹和疣状型。这些损害有的以混合出现,尤以糜烂型常伴随其他型发生。37例患者均经病理证实为口腔扁平苔藓。二、治疗方法:
