本文论述穿地弹技术在导弹数据硬回收中的应用。作者从应力波角度,分析弹体撞地响应和破坏特性,提出提高弹体动强度的方法:选择合适的弹体材料,采用具有高屈服强度和高断裂韧性的合金钢;增大弹体长径比;应用牺牲头部、缓和冲击的复合结构,在合金钢本体前使用断裂强度低而声阻抗高的钨被帽。本文以大量、重要的实验结果验证了以上的论据。
This article discusses the application of the ground penetrating missile technology in the hard recovery of missile data. From the view of stress wave, the author analyzes the response and failure characteristics of the projectile impacting on the projectile, and puts forward a method to improve the projectile dynamic strength by selecting suitable projectile material, adopting the alloy steel with high yield strength and high fracture toughness, increasing the projectile length Diameter ratio; the use of sacrificial head to ease the impact of the composite structure, the use of low alloy steel body rupture strength and high acoustic impedance tungsten cap. In this paper, a large number of important experimental results verify the above arguments.
