三白草的质量标准研究

目的以三白草酮和里卡灵A为指标,建立三白草质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)为定性鉴别方法 ;HPLC法测定其中三白草酮和里卡灵A量。结果三白草酮在80.32~803.2 ng呈良好的线性关系:Y=25 668X+19.71,R2=0.999 9;里卡灵A在40.24~402.4 ng呈良好的线性关系:Y=57 825X+42.35,R2=0.999 5。三白草酮平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为2.13%,里卡灵A平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为2.57%。结论建立的方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为三白草质量控制方法 。 Objective To establish the quality standard of Saururus chinensis by taking saponin and rikaalin as indexes. Methods Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used as a qualitative identification method, and the content of tribenuron and rikaalin was determined by HPLC. Results The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between saponin and Batroxobin at 80.32 ~ 803.2 ng: Y = 25 668X + 19.71, R2 = 0.999 9. The linear range of Ricacacin A was 40.24 ~ 402.4 ng: Y = 57 825X + 42.35, R2 = 0.999 5. The average recovery of saponin was 100.8% with RSD of 2.13%. The average recovery of rikaalin A was 100.5% with a RSD of 2.57%. Conclusion The established method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be used as quality control method for Siberian.
