本文以广州市交通运输职业学校城市轨道交通车辆专业为例,对专业进行分析定位,正视学校师资队伍存在的问题,建立激励保障机制,加大新教师、骨干教师、专业带头人的培养,引进企业专兼职教师,优化“双师”结构师资队伍,组织教师赴企业挂职,参加各类职业教育新理念培训班的学习,提高教师实践和教改能力。
This article takes the Guangzhou rail transit vocational school urban rail transit vehicle specialty as an example, analyzes and locates the specialty, addresses the problems existing in the school faculty, establishes the incentive guarantee mechanism, increases the training of new teachers, key teachers and professional leaders, and introduces Part-time teachers of enterprises, optimize the “double division ” structure teachers, organize teachers to go to enterprises to participate in various vocational education to participate in the new concept of training courses to improve teacher practice and education reform ability.
