设计了一种新型的泡沫金属磁流变液阻尼器。在磁场的作用下,磁流变液从泡沫金属中抽出进入到间隙,并产生可控阻尼力。针对泡沫金属磁流变阻尼器,搭建测试系统,通过激振器产生激励并施加给被控对象;采用激光位移传感器采集振动信号,采集卡将信号输入到计算机中;利用PID控制处理信号并输出电流,从而调节泡沫金属磁流变液阻尼器输出的阻尼力,控制外界结构的振动。实验结果表明,泡沫金属磁流变液阻尼器的可控阻尼性能良好,进一步验证了泡沫金属磁流变液阻尼器的半主动控制效果。
A new type of foam metal MR fluid damper was designed. Under the action of a magnetic field, the MR fluid is drawn from the metal foam into the gap and produces a controlled damping force. Aiming at the foam metal MR damper, a test system is set up to generate the excitation through the exciter and apply it to the controlled object. The laser displacement sensor is used to collect the vibration signal. The acquisition card inputs the signal to the computer. The PID control signal is processed and output Current, so as to adjust the damping force of the output of the metal foam MRF damper and control the vibration of the external structure. The experimental results show that the controllability of the metal foam MRF damper is good, which further verifies the semi-active control effect of the metal foam MRF damper.
