目的：马钱子粉系金龙祛痹丸中具毒性的中药，为确保本品的安全有效，须建立其含量测定方法。方法：采用薄层扫描法测定金龙祛痹丸中士的宁的含量，以甲苯－丙酮－乙醇－浓氨试液（３０∶２０∶３∶１）为展开剂；单波长反射法锯齿扫描，测定波长为２５４ｎｍ。结果：通过方法学考察，点样量在０５３５～３２１０μｇ范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为９９１％（ｎ＝３，ＲＳＤ＝２７％）。结论：试验表明，方法可靠，数据准确，操作简便、易行。 OBJECTIVE: To determine the safety and effectiveness of this product in the toxic medicine of Jinlongzi powder. Methods: The content of strychnine in Jinlongyu Pills was determined by TLC scanning method. Toluene-acetone-ethanol-concentrated ammonia solution (30:20:3:1) was used as developing solvent; The measurement wavelength is 254 nm. RESULTS: The methodological investigation showed that the linearity was good in the range of 0535～3210μg, and the average recovery was 991% (n=3, RSD=27%). Conclusion: The test shows that the method is reliable, the data is accurate, and the operation is simple and easy.
