目的建立以H2O2一步氧化催化环戊烯合成的戊二醛样品的气相色谱测定法。方法以高纯N2作为流动相,流速为30ml/min,采用TM-17毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm,0.32μm),以环己酮为内标物,柱温为120℃,检测器和汽化室温度均为160℃。结果标准曲线为y=1.0560x+0.0328,相关系数为0.99985。线性范围为0.25~750μg/ml,检出限为1.0μg。样品加标回收率为88.5%~96.9%,精密度为0.15%~2.07%。结论该法简便、准确、快速,适用于环戊烯合成戊二醛合成样品的分析。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the glutaraldehyde synthesis of cyclopentene catalyzed by one-step oxidation of H2O2. Methods High purity N2 was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 30ml / min. TM-17 capillary column (30m × 0.32mm, 0.32μm) was used with cyclohexanone as internal standard.
