李秉德教授是原西北师范学院院长、全国政协委员、甘肃省民盟常委、全国小学语文教学研究会副会长、甘肃省教育学会副理事长、甘肃省学术委员会副主任委员,于一九八三年十月十一日特邀到我院作了《正确处理高师教学工作中的几种关系》的学术讲座,对我院教职工很有启发意义,本刊特发表此文,以表达我们对李先生的感激之情。 Professor Li Bingde is former dean of Northwest Normal University, a member of the CPPCC National Committee, a member of the Standing Committee of the Democratic League of Gansu Province, a vice president of the National Primary School Chinese Teaching and Research Association, a vice chairman of the Gansu Provincial Education Society and a vice chairman of the Gansu Provincial Academic Committee. On October 11, 2003, he invited me to come to our hospital for an academic lecture entitled “Correctly Handling Some Relationships in Teaching Work in Teachers Colleges”, which is very instructive to our faculty and staff. This article was specially issued to express our Mr. Li’s gratitude.
