激光器输出的光束光强通常为高斯分布,但在很多实际应用中,为了提高激光系统的整体利用效率,需要将高斯分布的光束整形为空间均匀分布的平顶光束。从能量守恒定律和等光程原理出发,分析了非球面镜整形系统,得到了面型相位分布,基于此原理利用纯相位型液晶空间光调制器实现了对近高斯分布光束的光强整形,获得了近“平顶”的光束近场分布,并利用哈特曼波前传感器测量了整形后的光束波前相位分布。
However, in many practical applications, in order to improve the overall utilization efficiency of the laser system, the Gaussian distribution beam needs to be shaped into a flat-topped beam uniformly distributed in space. Based on the law of conservation of energy and the principle of iso-optical path, the aspheric mirror shaping system is analyzed and the phase distribution of the surface is obtained. Based on this principle, the light intensity shaping of the near-Gaussian distributed beam is achieved by the purely phase liquid crystal spatial light modulator. Near the “flat top” near-field beam distribution, and the use of Hartmann wavefront sensor measured the shape of the wavefront phase distribution of the beam.
