选择宣城市2个自然环境和流行程度接近的血吸虫病流行村分别作为试点村和对照村,前者实施以机代牛、改水改厕、人群查治、查灭螺、健康教育,后者实施除以机代牛以外的其他防治措施。结果表明2005-2007年,试点村钉螺感染率由0.0630%下降至0,对照村则0上升到0.0002%;试点村人群感染率下降了71.10%,对照村下降了74.20%。提示以机代牛措施能有效降低人群血吸虫感染率和钉螺感染率。
Schistosomiasis endemic villages whose natural environment and epidemic degree are close to Xuancheng City are selected as pilot villages and control villages respectively.
