宜兴市实验幼儿园创办于1997年,前身为宜兴市蓓蕾幼儿园,1999年被命名为江苏省示范性实验幼儿园。2008年易地重建,占地面积2.5万平方米,并更名为宜兴市实验幼儿园。目前已成为宜兴市对外开放交流的重要窗口,在全市幼教中发挥引领和辐射作用。该园以“促进幼儿和谐发展”为办园理念,坚持科研兴园。省“十一五”教育科学规划立项课题《幼儿童话活动功能开发的研究》已圆满结题
